We are a catalyst for community collaboration. Our roles are to convene, inform, encourage, promote best practice/process, coordinate, communicate and provide institutional memory. We are an aggregation of highly interactive and interdependent business, government and nonprofit organizations and people of diverse cultures.
CONVENE
Public, Private and Non-Profit Leaders
Conduct an objective community assessment and inclusive strategic planning that achieves alignment in support of a shared long-term vision, strategic priorities, goals, and community action initiatives.
ENCOURAGE
Act as One
Encourage leaders of the greater Holland-Zeeland area to think and act as one highly interactive and interdependent community, as and when appropriate.
MONITOR & PROMOTE
Collaborate
Promote collaboration in support of priority community initiatives. Monitor the progress of priority community Initiatives and report to the community.

Three Sectors: One Goal
Through collaboration between leaders in business, government, and nonprofit organizations we will seek to better understand and address opportunities and challenges that are facing our community. Our goal is to institutionalize best practice community governance through 3-sector leadership strategic planning and collaboration that foster long-term prosperity and sustainability of the Greater Holland-Zeeland community.
